How do I create a location profile?

Fill out your entire location profile. As you can see in the left column, filling your location profile consists of 7 categories. When you change something, always click on the red 'Save' button. After filling in the Venue details, you can click on the 'Preview' button to view your profile.

  1. Venue details, here you can enter various details about your venue, follow the steps and fill in everything as completely as possible.
  2. Rooms, here you can add the different rooms of the venue. Tip: Enter prices, otherwise 'average prices', the booker will look at this and also compare. When the application has been made and the contact has been made, you can directly go through the customized prices.

  3. Accommodations, in the case of overnight accommodations, these can be added here. Please also add (average) prices here. Prices must always be entered excluding and including VAT.
  4. Products, here you can add products - 3 types: food, drink and equipment. When you have added a product, you can also add details per product (such as description and price). Prices must always be entered excluding and including VAT.

  5. Packages/arrangements, here the offered packages can be added, this can be a meeting package incl. room rental or, for example, only a catering package of 4- 8 and 12 hours. Prices must always be entered excluding and including VAT. Tip: To fill the packages, the products without price must be added in the products tab.

  6. Users, multiple users can be added, each user can give you a 'role'. A 'venue employee' can handle requests and a 'venue manager' has complete access, from receiving requests to adjusting profile, etc.
