Integrations, customization, feedback and feature requests

We welcome feedback and feature requests to further develop our solution

We regularly receive valuable feedback from users of our software. And we are very grateful for this input.

The way of processing bookings differs per venue, we therefore focus on a solution that fits everyone. Each time, we make an informed decision on which 'feature requests' are added to our software.

Some of the criteria considered are: 

  • How many customers have requested it?
  • With what regularity is the requested feature used?
  • Does it fit within the mission and vision of Venuesuite?
  • Does it have a positive impact on usability?
  • Does the feature add value to all customers?
  • Can adding that feature get in the way of other customers?
  • Laws and regulations surrounding data security and privacy

Venuesuite's development team works with a long-term strategy; the development calendar (or 'roadmap'). In order to continue delivering high-quality software, new features are researched in advance before development. New features are then tested in the existing ecosystem before going 'live'.

Of course we will keep you informed of all the latest developments through regular Feature Updates.
