Guide: Accessing the Knowledge Base and Logging In
How to log in to view exclusive and advanced articles in the Knowledge Base.
If you frequently consult the Knowledge Base, consider saving the login page as a favourite in your browser. This will save you time when searching for the correct address.
Follow these steps to log in to the Knowledge Base and access all articles:
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base: Ensure you are on the main page of the Knowledge Base (the page you are currently viewing).
- Locate the Login Option: In the top right corner of this screen, you will find the option to log in.
- Enter Your Details: Click on the login button.
- Enter your username (email address) in the designated field.
- Enter your password in the password field.
- Information: During onboarding, you received an email to access the Knowledge Base. You must use the details from this email here.
- Log In: Click the button or "Sign In".
- Access Granted: You are now logged in. You have full access to all articles, including previously locked or advanced content.

Forgotten password |
Click on the 'Forgot password' link below the login form. Follow the instructions in the email you then receive to set a new password. |

Username / Email address not recognised |
Check that you are using the correct email address (the address linked to your customer account or the onboarding email). Contact Customer Success if the problem persists. |

Login screen does not load |
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try logging in using a different web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox or Edge). |

Onboarding email not received |
Check your spam or junk mail folder. Still nothing? Contact Customer Success to receive an invitation. |
